The Guest House

Jungala House is a guesthouse which is a perfect place for travellers and backpackers who wish to spend their nights in Chiang Mai Old City. It is owned by Ms. Mod, who is a native in Chiang Mai. It is registered as Jungala House Limited Partnership.

The guest house is located in the inner moat, the old city, of Chiang Mai. Many popular sightseeing places including famous temples and markets can easily be reached by foot or bicycle. The famous Sunday walking street is in a 5 minutes walk distance.

The entire facility has fiber optic WIFI connection in the rooms and garden. The spacious garden has tables at an open area in between flowers and plants where you can choose to sit in the sun or shade as well as tables under a roof, ideal to escape from rain.

Jungala House is a family friendly guest house. Children are most welcome and we try to make your stay as convenient as possible. May it be by providing you with an extra mattress, a child friendly menu or some exciting activities for families.

Jungala House is a guest house in Chiang Mai with the reception in front of a wooden house. Rooms are located in a three storey concrete building with high ceilings which keeps the rooms cooler. We offer 20 rooms as single, double and triple rooms with en suit bathroom, hot shower and fan in every room. Some rooms are equipped with an additional air-condition. The entire facility has fiber optic WIFI connection in the rooms and garden. You are invited to select your breakfast at the self-service counter and beverages from the fridge. Our garden restaurant serves traditional Thai food including mouthwatering fresh fruit shakes.

Our staff sleep at the Jungala House, so there is always someone you can ask for help or call in an emergency. Furthermore, the guest house gate will be locked at night to ensure safety of our guests.
